Corporate Member Application

 

This is the first of two stages of your application to join the Portable Appliance Testing Trade Association; please ensure you read the following information before progressing with the application.

  1. Below, is a clickable link to sign up; your payment must be made in full upfront, by direct debit through Go Cardless. When you submit your details the payment will be taken within 5 days. The payment will then be taken 12 months later, and every 12 months thereafter until you cancel your payment or PATTA does.
  2. The payment amount you agree to now will remain the same for the lifetime of your membership as long as the structure remains the same, providing your membership is not cancelled by you or by patta; if the direct debit is cancelled by you your membership will be cancelled and you will need to re-apply as a new member.
  3. The link will open a direct debit form, which you must complete in full; the details on the form must match the application form which is stage 2 of your application.
  4. When you have submitted the form, you will be taken to a new page on this website, to complete the membership application form. You must complete that in full answering all questions. If there are any issues or anything we need to raise with you we will contact you. If there are no issues your membership will start on the date the first payment is received. You will be notified within 30 days of the membership starting; everything you need to know about membership and all access information, including to the forum will be included in that information.
