Associate Membership is available to any companies that have an interest in the Portable Appliance Testing industry but do not carry out “PAT” work themselves, including manufacturers, suppliers and training companies.

As an associate member you will be expected to do at least one of the following:

  • Offer an exclusive discount scheme to our members, not available anywhere else
  • Sponsor an event and or provide guest speakers
  • Sponsor PATTA

An associate membership doesn’t provide you with automatic rights to advertise to our members, nor does it give you exclusive access to members.

Associate members are encouraged to provide discount offers to the members; existing associates include label, calibration, equipment and training suppliers.

The patta annual event costs precious money; you could cover the costs of the event, in return you will be the event sponsor with exclusive rights to the event, so you can include trade stands, your own advertising and even provide a speaker.

Alternatively you may choose to be a sponsor of the association for a year, or longer, by providing sponsor funds to help cover costs; your company name will be placed on the footer of the homepage of this website in an image file of your logo, that you provide us with “sponsored by…”. A sponsor will also be able to provide a trade stand for the event.
