- applicants to keep their DBS certificates up to date
- employers to check a DBS certificate
Fire Risk Assessments
The responsible person for a workplace must carry out and regularly review a fire risk assessment of the premises. This will identify what they need to do to prevent fire and keep people safe.
This is good to be aware of as the fire risk assessment often includes safety from appliances.
