I agree that I will operate my business, or my approach as a PAT tester in accordance with PATTA’s Working Standards, and if found to not operate to these standards I accept my membership could be terminated without notice or refund.

I understand that – the first payment is a joining fee, and subsequent annual payments are to continue the subscription for membership. Membership will continue as long as payments are made on time. If my payment is not made on time, thus rejected by the bank, there will be one automatic retry, if that fails my membership will be terminated without notice, and I will lose access to all member benefits. To re-join you will have to apply again, even if the membership fee has increased. By ticking this box you are agreeing to these terms, and agree to pay your subscription on time. PATTA does not send a reminder of the payment. 

You also accept that advance notifications for payment are not sent by PATTA, that it is your responsibility to ensure funds are available to pay the subscription and if you want to cancel; you can at any time. However you must stop payments before they are taken – once a payment has gone out of your bank it cannot be refunded.

When membership is cancelled you will lose access to all member benefits, must stop using discount codes and remove PATTA branding from all your business documents, vehicle, website, clothing, etc.
