Application for PATTA membership

This is the application form to complete for PATTA membership.

When you submit the form a pop up window will appear to make payment.

For Payment we use a system called Go Cardless which keeps your payment information secure – we never see your bank details. Input the information it asks for correctly – please make sure the name and email are the same on both applications.

On completion of that you will be a member of PATTA.

Based on the answers you give we may contact you for further information.

You are setting up a direct debit, through the payment system Go Cardless. This will take a payment from your bank within 5-7 days, to our account. When the payment is received we will send you confirmation of payment.

Following receipt of payment you will receive confirmation of your membership including:

  1. Access to our member logos
  2. Discount codes you need to save money
  3. A link to join our Facebook Group
  4. Your Members’ Certificate
  5. Instructions to set up your members’ directory listing if you run a business.

PATTA is not currently accepting new applications whilst we change our payment system. Please check back in a few weeks.
